The total order must equal $75 after discounts are applied (not including shipping charges).


Shipping usually takes 2-5 business days depending on the shipping destination. The FREE SHIPPING offer only applies to those who live within the continental United States.




SHIPPING OPTIONS


At Ephedra Warehouse, we offer a variety of shipping options with both USPS and UPS.


Orders placed Monday through Thursday before 4 PM CT will ship the same day. Orders placed on Friday must be placed by 3 PM CST for same-day shipping. Please note that orders placed after-hours, over the weekend, or on holidays will be shipped out the following business day.

** UPS does not operate over the weekend in most areas, so all estimates of time are based on business days. For example, if you placed a UPS Next Day Air order on a Friday, it would not be set for delivery until the following Monday.




 


TRACKING A PACKAGE


Once an order has shipped, each customer is emailed a tracking number for the order. You can use this tracking order to monitor the status of your package through the USPS or UPS tracking tool.




INTERNATIONAL ORDERS


For all international orders, the following applies:



  1. We are not liable if the package is taken, held, or destroyed by customs. It is the customer's responsibility to know if their country will or will not allow certain products to go through customs.

  2. There will be NO REFUNDS given on international orders once the item(s) have shipped unless the order is returned. We do not refund the shipping cost for international orders.

  3. All refunds on international orders are credited back to the customers, less the original shipping costs.

  4. Some, but not all, packages may be trackable before they cross the border into your country using the tracking number provided to you at the time of shipment via www.USPS.com or UPS.

  5. All packages, once they have passed through customs into your country, are handed off to your local mail service and may be trackable under the same information via their website or by phone.

    1. We are currently not shipping to the following countries: Austria, Brazil, Denmark, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Kosovo, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, St. Martin, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and Thailand.
