Ephedra Warehouse gladly accepts returns! We want you to be happy with your product purchase.
If you aren’t satisfied - just return your order. You will have the option of receiving a refund, a product exchange, or a store credit - the choice is yours!
Other stores won’t give you a refund if your bottle is opened and the safety seal cracked. But how else are you supposed to know if the product is a good fit for you?
That’s why at Ephedra Warehouse, as long as your return is postmarked within 90 days of your delivery, it is eligible for all three return options, even if the bottle has been opened!

Include a small note with the following information in the return package of your desired solution refund, product exchange, or store credit. For more information please review our return options below.
Refunds are for Product costs only. We do not provide refunds on shipping costs for returned orders. Refunds are processed back to the original payment card once we receive your return package. Once we initiate the refund on our end, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for the refund to finalize and post back to your account. If you have any questions about an existing refund or would like to check its status, please contact us!
You may choose to receive another product in exchange for your return. The exchange product you select must be of equal or lesser value than the original product. If you know which replacement product you would like, let us know in your return note (see above instructions). If you are unsure, you can call in to consult with one of our customer service reps. We will try our best to match you up with a product that fits your body and your needs!
Store credit will be applied to your account for the value of the product. Credits do not include shipping costs. At Ephedra Warehouse, your store credit is as good as cash and can be applied to any order or product. Also, store credits have no expiration date! To access your credit, just log in to your account OR call in to place your order over the phone.
